Roles and responsibilities
Act as an Autodesk GIS support professional for a range of clients, undertaking troubleshooting and ensuring solutions are fit for purpose;
Assist with the development of Autodesk GIS best practice guides and undertake training courses;
Use and maintain a defect and bug tracking system (e.g. Jira);
Work as an effective member of a team on a diverse range of projects;
Identify pain points in clients data workflows and propose new solutions;

At present most clients are currently located in the Netherlands, we are expanding operations in the United Kingdom, Belgium and France.
This UK based role is hybrid-remote with visits to the London (Baker Street) and client offices as required.
Skills and experience we are looking for
Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD Map 3D (InfraWorks, BIM 360, Autodesk Connector for ArcGIS);
Knowledge of data workflows in Autodesk and other GIS systems;
Experience with Oracle PL/SQL;
Experience in resolving the GIS system issues on time and inline with agreed SLA’s;
Good communication skills and should be able to resolve GIS system issues over the phone / online meetings;
A proven experience in delivering high quality resolutions on a deadline;
Most importantly – you have a passion for supporting others and knowledge sharing;
Nice to haves
Experience in using defect and bug tracking systems and maintaining them.
Working knowledge of a programing language (e.g. Python,.NET)
Experience working with geospatial/transfer data formats (JSON, XML etc);
Working towards or have obtained Autodesk certification (Associate, Professional);
Experience with at least one other geospatial toolkit (MapInfo, ESRI platform, QGIS, PostGIS, GeoServer etc).
